Strength training planning and RPE

Hi Join team. I use Join for both road cycling as well as for Enduro & XC mountainbiking cycling. When I train for Enduro mountainbiking I combine my cycling training with 3 full body strength training per week on a training basis. Because with mountainbiking the demands on your body are different then with road cycling due to the downhills and braking efforts. However its difficult plan weight training in the app (for example I do it on MO - WED - FRI and then to add the RPE of strength training correctly in the join app due to it feels differently then a cycling training.

For example, the RPE of weights / strength training feels lighter then a VO2 max training or sometimes even a zone 2 ride. But still the next day I would not be able to do a Vo2 max training due to the fatigue in my legs and impact on my nervous system. It would be great if strength training RPE could be added in a different way. (For example, trained legs and core impact cycling performance more then an upper body strength session and the % max weight reps you trained with) Adding a better strength training integration would improve the cycling plan in my opinion.
