Ability to move a scheduled workout and auto pause

We really need to be able to move a scheduled workout. For example, I can't ride Monday but can Tuesday. I’d want to be able to move Mondays ride to Tuesday.

Auto pause on Garmin. A feature to auto pause the training app when Garmin auto pauses would be great
