Add 'next 7 days availability' to combine with the existing 'daily availabilities'

This would improve the riding schedule for people who have a maximum number of hours they can spend in the next 7 days, but who are fully flexible in choosing these hours at the same time.

In the current setup, if I sweep daily availability to 6 hours for all 7 days (because I’m flexible), I will get a training schedule of for instance 15 hours, while I only have a total of for instance 10 hours available for the next 7 days.

My suggestion is to add an 8th slide bar to input ‘next 7 days availability’.
