Add slightly varied threshold interval workouts

A lot of the threshold workouts have very long unbroken intervals (eg 2x20min @100% or 1x30min @100%). Mentally an interval broken up 5 min @101% and 5 min @99% is much easier (as is done with the sweetspot tempo workouts), even the threshold with sprints workouts feel less challenging mentally
