It would be very nice if Join add the recommended sessions from the written blog of tapering in the tape period of the training schedule
So for example add the 20-30 minuten session on pre race day.
Good tapering will add 3 to 5 percent of your level on race day so I think that Join have to add this knowledge better in training schedules.
