HR training zones in Join are very low compared to other training systems. Eg. Join says I should do my endurance blocks at 116-134 bpm, while Intervals.icu says my aerobic Z2 is 142-157 and Garmin says Z2 is 141-158. They are all based on threshold HR, which for me is 176.
