In chosing a workout plan you have the possibility to chose between “verbeteren op korte beklimmingen” en “verbeteren op lange beklimmingen”. But what is a long climb and which ones are short? For me a 3km climb is long (..enough ;)) but that might be a short climb in terms of other people..
