For running workouts add “warmup until lap button press”

With the running workouts, I find the warmup and cooldown times very short. 5 minutes isn’t enough of a warm up to go into faster than threshold pace. I often do 15-20 minutes before I get into the hard part of a workout.

I’m requesting the option to edit a workout in join to be longer for the warmup and cooldown or have an option to set the length to “until lap pressed”.

Even when exporting the workout to Garmin connect, you can’t edit it. So I have to create a new workout manually.
