It would be helpful if you could indicate if the workout was performed on an indoor trainer and include that in the load and intensity scale + your current form and future workouts.
3 hours on the rollers is not the same effect as 3 hours outside on the bike.
I did 6 x 3 hours on the rollers last week but the Join app can't account for this now
