<p>Iit would be nice if the Fabio Jakobsen workouts were available even when not following the program and even be used occasionally in regular programs like lsrf. Maybe as a new categories of workouts that can be unlocked after completing the Fabio Jakobsen sprint program (with a link to the instruction video) </p>
