Move JOIN Workout to its own folder in Zwift

When a user exports a workout from JOIN to Zwift, the workout will automatically show under the "Custom Workouts" folder in Zwift. In some cases, this folder is already pretty full and thus users need to scroll for a bit to get to the JOIN workout. Having an separate folder for JOIN would get rid of this hassle.
