Multiple availabilities per day
Zo kunnen commuters 2 x 1:15 beschikbaarheid instellen per dag, en krijg je dan ook 2 maal de kans om 1 of 2 trainingen (dezelfde 2 keer of 2 verschillende dus) uit te voeren.
This way, commuters can set availability for 2 sessions of 1:15 per day, providing them with two opportunities to complete 1 or 2 workouts (either the same workout twice or two different ones).

PinnedThank you for the feature request!
We see that this could help commuters. However, having multiple availabilities per day will not make significant changes to your progress. For now, we suggest setting availability for one ride to get a suggested workout and ride the other way in easy endurance.
Though, we are aware that doing this can mess up your projected progress, as you will ride double the hours you have set as availability. This is a tough problem to solve, but we definitely want to fix it. I have set the status of this request to “Potential” as it is not a priority right now, but we would like to do this later on.

As a triatlete it would also be nice to plan brick training session where cycling and running will be combined.

Since the addition of running workouts I would like to have the option to schedule both a suggested running and cycling workout. At the moment, a day with full availability can be filled with a 20m run. I want to be able tao add a suggested bike run. And the other way around.

It would also be nice that the expected level progress will be better because when you ride two rides a day your currrent availability is about half the time you are on the road bike

And when commuting without a workout it should plan for that too so that it’s given we will ride (with user expected RPE) but that if join wants to it can plan a workout. Instead of currently when you plan a ride that it means join cannot plan a workout.

This would also be awesome if you have one hour in the morning and one in the evening for example 🔥
Maybe add a second slider: if availability >2h, choose how many trainings you want to do that day

I’ve love to have this ability, particularly when running is implemented so I could have recommendations for both workouts in a single day.

Double days.
I often commute to work and use them as a chance to workout but I can't seem to plan double days. This would be especially handy as I'm using food coach so will help me plan my diet better. TIA. Tim

I regularly commute to work by bike 2–3 times per week (about 40 min one way). I would like JOIN to treat my morning ride as a recovery or endurance ride, and then plan my scheduled workout (e.g. intervals or threshold) on the way home — without having to adjust availability manually each time. Ideally, I could set recurring commute rides as fixed elements in the plan, so that JOIN automatically includes their time, intensity, and load in the overall training schedule.

Split up available time on the same day
When you have 2 hours available on a day to do training but they are not connected. It would be nice to say that it need to be 2 separate trainings.

Create Multiple Workouts Per Day
I think this is linked to others’ requests. I would like more flexibility to add multiple workouts in one day. As it stands now, I can only enter ONE ride or other workout to replace the planned workout. I would like to more accurately reflect if I plan to break up my rides or other workouts. Also, why not have an option other than cycle or run? Strength training would be great. Or even if it was just “other”. Thanks!

Would be good feature.
Eg a run activity during lunch and a cycling or strength activity during the evening.
