It would be great to have a feature in the Join app that allows users to prioritize high-intensity interval sessions (e.g., VO2max) on weekdays, where training availability is shorter, and reserve longer Z2 endurance rides for the weekends.
Currently, some interval sessions include large Z2 blocks and are scheduled on weekends. However, Iβd prefer to keep the long rides purely in Z2 for those days and do the shorter but more intense efforts (like intervals) on weekdays when time is limited. This would better align with real-life schedules and help users get the most out of each session type without compromising recovery or consistency.
