Push notifications during JOIN workout

When performing a workout from JOIN in the application, give the ability to push notifications to your phone. Most of the time, I start a workout and put my phone on the side (locked). I kind of know how my workout looks, but when your phone is locked or you are on your phone but not in the JOIN application, it would be helpful to get a notification when you start a new workout step. Moreover, when you have a smart watch, the notification will also pop up there.
