Rename 'Intensive Endurance' workouts

Sessions called ‘Intensive Endurance’ need a different a better name.

Intensive endurance is almost a bit of a oxymoron! I get endless amount of stick from my mates when they see any rides with that title.

I’m not disputing that these workouts (essentially upper Zone 2) help, but they need to be called something else!
