I have a running vo2 max session once a week. I would like to plan a “ride” on these days and I try to do so with the RPE. However, I often still receive VO2 max trainings the day after. I would like to be able to plan a ride in the future and then not only select RPE, but also type of ride, so that I do not get tempo or VO2 max trainings the day after.
