Simplify training programs which don't have a specific goal

As I have completed my events, fall is approaching and I am transitioning to cycling more indoors and don't have specific goals or areas I would like to improve I am always a bit overwhelmed by the number of programs I can choose: stamina builder, ftp builder, lantern rouge, lsrf, winter maintenance and indoors. It would be nice if these were all just 1 program and join just picked the most optimal workout based on recent training history and availability for the week ahead
