Training A and Training B as a preview

In the evening, I plan my route for the following morning, taking into account the length, intensity, and phases of the training. However, when I adjust the readiness in the morning, the workout often changes, meaning my route is no longer suitable for the updated training. Is it possible to get an overview of 2 workouts the day before? Namely, one with readiness -50 and one with readiness +50?
