So when I do a training session outdoor I don’t start the workout until after my warmup (and when I’m out of the city :D). But when riding indoor the session starts straight away, and often right in Z2. Also there’s no cooldown. It would be really nice to be able to include a short 5 min ramp up and ramp down. This could be like a tickbox when loading the workout in the Workout Player, or when exporting to use it in Zwift/Rouvy etc.
