When I haven’t been able to do a certain ride but did something else instead, such as a rehabilitation strength session. The idea is to have an option like strength training and duration time that you can log, so that the following day you don’t get VO₂max or strength intervals on the bike. I think this would be useful since many people do strength training in the winter, and it would make sense to include this option in the schedule.
