Keeping up with the core training is not the most favourable workout for most cyclists. You mentioned in the podcast the importance of keeping up core workouts. Why not adding them to the training schedule? Not to complex, just as an optional seaparate workout that you have to check when finished. Must be stimulating to keep doing them.
